Veredelungen erm\u00f6glichen es, gew\u00fcnschte Eigenschaften von Pflanzen zu bewahren oder geschickt zu kombinieren. In diesem Kurs zeigt uns Stefan Graf die Theorie und Praxis des Veredelns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Veredelung ist eine Praxis, die seit \u00fcber dreitausend Jahren angewendet wird \u2013 heute weltweit bei unterschiedlichsten Pflanzen. Sie erm\u00f6glicht es, genau die Sorte anzubauen, die gew\u00fcnscht ist.
Aber wann und warum macht Veredelung Sinn? Wie kann es zum Beispiel in Agroforstsystemen n\u00fctzlich sein? Wie k\u00f6nnen alte Sorten gesch\u00fctzt und neue Herausforderungen wie Klimawandel oder Pflanzenkrankheiten gemeistert werden? Wie geht man dabei zu Hause vor? Und wie funktioniert dies bei wilden Pflanzen?
Mit einem internationalen Blick und einem Fokus auf lokale Pflanzen werden diese Fragen beantwortet und direkt in der Praxis erprobt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
