Dank dem Fl\u00e4chencode 725 sind sie beitragsberechtigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Fl\u00e4chencode 725 ist auch in den Reben anwendbar. Roland und Karin Lenz haben ihre Weinst\u00f6cke mit Nuss- und Obstb\u00e4umen, Getreide und extensiven Wiesen kombiniert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roland und Karin Lenz aus Uesslingen TG haben auf ihrem 27-ha-Weingut in diesen Wochen alle H\u00e4nde voll zu tun. Die Trauben sind reif und wollen gelesen und verarbeitet werden. \u00abDie ersten 15 Tonnen haben wir ab dem 18. August gelesen. Um den 20. September werden wir wohl alles geerntet haben\u00bb, sch\u00e4tzt Roland Lenz und betont, dass die Traubenlese nicht etwa maschinell erfolge. Die Trauben mit rund 200 Millionen Beeren von 50 pilzwiderstandsf\u00e4higen Sorten, sogenannten Piwi-Sorten, werden von Hand abgelesen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Bioweingut Lenz ist f\u00fcr seine Weine, die F\u00fchrungen und Degustationen, das Bistro und einen Erlebnispfad bekannt. Aber in diesem Artikel soll es um die Rebfl\u00e4chen gehen und um den Grund, weshalb Roland Lenz reihenweise gesunde Rebst\u00f6cke im besten Alter ausgerissen hat und auf seinen Rebfl\u00e4chen trotzdem mehr produziert als vorher. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">21,5 ha sind auf dem Uesslinger Betrieb der Weinproduktion gewidmet. 100\u2019000 Piwi-Rebst\u00f6cke wachsen in Perma-Mischkulturfl\u00e4chen mit etwa 1200 Haselnussb\u00e4umen, 70 Walnussb\u00e4umen, 50 Maulbeer- und anderen Fruchtb\u00e4umen \u2013 Grund f\u00fcr den Mehrertrag, aber auch ein indirekter Nutzen bei der Sch\u00e4dlingsbek\u00e4mpfung.
