Zwei Betriebe zeigen: Mehrere Wege f\u00fchren zur bioveganen Landwirtschaft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jann Kr\u00e4ttli hat ein eigenes Verfahren zur Gewinnung von pflanzlichem D\u00fcnger entwickelt. Dazu schneidet er auf den \u00d6kowiesen Heu und schichtet dieses auf, damit es anrotten kann. Dieses \u00abvorvergorene\u00bb Heu wird dann maschinell in den Boden eingearbeitet. \u00abUnser Ziel ist dabei, dass wir m\u00f6glichst wenig N\u00e4hrstoffe vom Boden wegtragen\u00bb, sagt Jann Kr\u00e4ttli. Seine Lehre zum Gem\u00fcseg\u00e4rtner hat er erst mit 30 Jahren begonnen. \u00abIch lebte aber auch schon vorher vegan und habe mich f\u00fcr Nachhaltigkeit und Permakultur interessiert. Nach der Lehre ergab sich dann die M\u00f6glichkeit, den Betrieb von Nadias Eltern zu \u00fcbernehmen.\u00bb Das Biogem\u00fcse verkaufen die beiden gr\u00f6sstenteils auf dem Wochenmarkt im nahe gelegenen Freiburg sowie \u00fcber einige Biol\u00e4den in der Region. Wie auf dem Biohof H\u00fcbeli werden auch auf dem Biohof Tannacker kurze Transportwege, ein geringer CO2-Ausstoss, eine vegane Ern\u00e4hrungsweise und Biodiversit\u00e4t grossgeschrieben. Einen Hof biovegan zu bewirtschaften, heisst f\u00fcr Jann Kr\u00e4ttli und Nadia Ruchti halt mehr als die Art, einen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb zu f\u00fchren.
