Wir sind ein kleinstrukturierter Gem\u00fcsebetrieb westlich von Bern und suchen per sofort (oder nach Vereinbarung) eine Mitarbeiter*in im Gem\u00fcsebau (60-80%), befristet bis Ende November 2026. Arbeitstage sind Montag, Dienstag, Donnerstag und Freitag sowie je nach Anstellungsprozenten 2-3 Samstagvormittage am Markt in Bern. Arbeitszeiten 7.00-12.00 und 13.00-17.30 Uhr. Wir produzieren ohne grossen maschinellen Einsatz \u00fcber 70 samenfeste Gem\u00fcsesorten und vermarkten diese auf dem Samstagsmarkt in Bern und \u00fcber Gem\u00fcseabos. Gesucht ist ein Mensch mit viel Freude und Ausdauer an k\u00f6rperlicher Arbeit und Engagement beim Optimieren von Betriebsabl\u00e4ufen.
