Februar 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Text von www.bioaktuell.ch:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein erster Teil der technisch-wirtschaftlichen Daten zur kleinfl\u00e4chigen Landwirtschaft wurde im Mai 2025 ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Eine Gelegenheit, eine Typologie dieser neu entstehenden Strukturen zu erstellen. Ebenfalls erschienen ist ein Leitfaden zur Gr\u00fcndung von Microfermes, herausgegeben vom Schweizer Verein der Microfermes.*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Microfermes \u2013 zu Deutsch Mikrofarmen oder Kleinstbetriebe \u2013 sind mit zahlreichen Hindernissen konfrontiert, wie dem Zugang zu Land, zu Direktzahlungen oder zur Errichtung von Gem\u00fcsetunneln. Nichtsdestotrotz werden in der Schweiz insbesondere seit 2010 zahlreiche Initiativen ins Leben gerufen, deren Zahl seit 2020 weiter zugenommen hat. In der Westschweiz gibt es sch\u00e4tzungsweise hundert solche Kleinstbetriebe. \u00abEs entstehen verschiedene Microfermes mit Systemen, \u00fcber die wir nur sehr wenig wissen und f\u00fcr die wir keine Referenzen haben\u00bb, erkl\u00e4rt Delphine Piccot von Proconseil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um diese L\u00fccke zu schliessen, haben die landwirtschaftliche Beratungszentrale Agridea und Proconseil \u2013 ein Beratungsdienst von Prom\u00e9terre \u2013 das Projekt \u00abR\u00e9f\u00e9rences pour l&#8217;agriculture sur petite surface (ApeRsu)\u00bb (Referenzen f\u00fcr die kleinfl\u00e4chige Landwirtschaft) lanciert. Finanziert wird das Projekt aus eigenen Mitteln sowie mit Unterst\u00fctzung des Bundesamtes f\u00fcr Landwirtschaft. Die ersten Ergebnisse wurden im Mai 2025 ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Das Projekt umfasst die Erhebung technisch-wirtschaftlicher Daten von 33 Westschweizer Microfermes. Die endg\u00fcltigen Analysen werden 2026 ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Laut der bei Agridea t\u00e4tigen Projektinitiatorin Claire Asfeld gibt es oft Vorurteile hinsichtlich der Tragf\u00e4higkeit solcher Strukturen: \u00abMicrofermes werden h\u00e4ufig als utopische Projekte bezeichnet, die weder die Bev\u00f6lkerung ern\u00e4hren noch ein echtes Einkommen erzielen k\u00f6nnen.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Keine gew\u00f6hnlichen Bauernh\u00f6fe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Jahr 2022 ver\u00f6ffentlichte das FiBL mit Unterst\u00fctzung der Agridea und des Kantons Waadt Portr\u00e4ts von neun Westschweizer Microfermes. Dies gab den Anstoss f\u00fcr das gross angelegte Projekt ApeRsu. \u00abWir haben \u00fcber 3 Jahre hinweg mehr als 500 Daten gesammelt, die wir nun analysieren und organisieren m\u00fcssen\u00bb, erkl\u00e4rt Claire Asfeld.
