September 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Text von www.woz.ch:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf einem Hof im Emmental versucht ein Kollektiv, \u00f6kologisch zu leben und einen Teil der ben\u00f6tigten Ressourcen selbst zu produzieren \u2013 ohne verbissene Selbstversorgungsideologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mehr Traum als Plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist nicht weit von Trub auf den Balmeggberg. Aber steil: durch den Wald in die H\u00f6he, an einer Felswand vorbei, \u00fcber die Wasser tropft. Oben, auf \u00fcber tausend Metern \u00fcber Meer, wachsen junge Nussb\u00e4ume neben grossen Heuhaufen, ein paar weisse Appenzeller Ziegen stehen vor einem selbst gezimmerten Stall, im riesigen Gem\u00fcsegarten \u00fcberwuchern K\u00fcrbisse den Zaun. \u00dcberall stehen B\u00e4ume und B\u00fcsche, an den meisten w\u00e4chst Essbares: \u00c4pfel, Mispeln, Sanddorn, Stachelbeeren, Aronia. Von der Laube des alten, sonnenverbrannten Bauernhauses h\u00e4ngen Zwiebelz\u00f6pfe, daneben rankt sich eine Rebe in die H\u00f6he. Drei Laufenten kreuzen schnatternd durchs Areal. Zu gross ist das alles f\u00fcr einen Hausgarten, aber viel zu kleinr\u00e4umig f\u00fcr einen hierzulande \u00fcblichen Bauernhof. Eine unendlich diverse Landschaft, der man die Handarbeit ansieht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nydegger ist die Hauptverantwortliche f\u00fcr den Anbau. Sie hat B\u00e4uerin gelernt, den \u00abFrauenberuf\u00bb, in dem auch Gartenbau und Einmachen auf dem Lehrplan stehen. Dieses Wissen k\u00f6nne sie heute brauchen, sagt sie. Doch der Balmeggberg hat nicht viel mit einem traditionellen Bauernhof zu tun. Er ist ein kollektives Wohnprojekt von sieben Erwachsenen und vier Kindern, und er ist ein Kurszentrum. Sie habe immer Kleinstlandwirtschaft betreiben, aber auch in Gemeinschaft leben wollen, sagt Nydegger. \u00abWir wollen nicht nur ein sch\u00f6nes Leben f\u00fcr uns. Austausch ist uns sehr wichtig.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mehrere Balmeggbergler:innen sind Expert:innen f\u00fcr Permakultur: eine Landwirtschaftsmethode und -bewegung, die sich an nat\u00fcrlichen \u00d6kosystemen orientiert und das Ziel hat, mit viel weniger Energie ein gutes Leben f\u00fcr alle zu erm\u00f6glichen (siehe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.woz.ch\/1905\/permakultur\/mehr-humus-und-vielfalt-braucht-die-erde\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WOZ Nr.\u00a05\/19<\/a>). K\u00fcchler bietet als Mitglied des B\u00fcros Planofuturo Permakulturberatungen und Landschaftsplanung an. Das Weltrettungspathos, das die Szene teils pr\u00e4gt, ist ihm allerdings fremd: F\u00fcr ihn sei Permakultur vor allem eine Aufforderung zu Care f\u00fcr Menschen und Orte, weniger eine L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die grossen Probleme der Welt. Es gehe darum, soziale und \u00f6kologische Systeme in eine wechselseitig fruchtbare Beziehung zu bringen. \u00abBei Beratungen frage ich immer: Welche Ressourcen und Bed\u00fcrfnisse habt ihr?
