Juni 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Text von www.inforama.ch:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hohe Ertr\u00e4ge auf sehr kleiner Fl\u00e4che, nachhaltige Bewirtschaftung nach \u00f6kologischen Standards, \u00fcberschaubare Investitionen und ein verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4ssig hoher Arbeitsaufwand bei gutem Betriebseinkommen \u2013 das verspricht das Konzept des Mikrofarmings, das auch als biointensiver Anbau bezeichnet wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikrofarms gleichen sich vor allem darin, dass sie eine ganzheitliche Perspektive und das Denken in Kreisl\u00e4ufen in ihren Betrieben kultivieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei Essblatt lernen wir eine Mikrofarm kennen, die 1.66 Hektaren gross ist, auf 54 Aren vielf\u00e4ltiges Freilandgem\u00fcse anbaut und mit rund 200 Stellenprozenten bewirtschaftet wird (www.essblatt.ch).
