Diese Frage steht im Zentrum einer Studie, mit der Biovision Agrar\u00f6kologie in der Schweiz breiter f\u00f6rdern will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die K\u00fche von Pirmin Adler haben abwechslungsreiches Futter: Ihre Weide ist ums\u00e4umt von Hainbuchen, Ahorn, Vogelbeere und vielen weiteren B\u00e4umen und Str\u00e4uchern. Diese dienen ihnen als wertvolle Vitamin- und Mineralstofflieferanten. Dadurch braucht der Hof Adlerzart in Oberr\u00fcti AG weniger zugekaufte Futtererg\u00e4nzungsmittel und tier\u00e4rztliche Behandlung. Das Agroforstsystem h\u00e4lt den Boden gesund und f\u00f6rdert die Artenvielfalt. Allerdings war dessen Planung und Umsetzung f\u00fcr Pirmin Adler aufwendig: Expertise f\u00fcr agrar\u00f6kologische Methoden ist nicht einfach zu finden, das meiste Wissen musste er sich selbst aneignen. B\u00e4ume zu pflanzen kostet viel Zeit und Geld. Zudem galt es, rechtliche Fragen zu kl\u00e4ren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Beispiel zeigt: Die Leuchtt\u00fcrme, wie wir die Vorreiter der Agrar\u00f6kologie nennen, existieren nicht wegen, sondern trotz der vorherrschenden Rahmenbedingungen. Erfolgreich sind sie einzig in der Nische. Gleichzeitig sind auch viele konventionelle Landwirtschaftsbetriebe dem Druck des Marktes und seinen tiefen Lebensmittelpreisen ausgesetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier setzt die Studie von Biovision an: Wenn agrar\u00f6kologische Ans\u00e4tze nicht nur etwas f\u00fcr hochmotivierte Einzelne bleiben, sondern f\u00fcr viele Betriebe attraktiv werden sollen, dann m\u00fcssen sich die politischen und gesellschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen \u00e4ndern.
