Juni 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Text von vegconomist.de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine gro\u00df angelegte paneurop\u00e4ische Studie unter der Leitung der <a href=\"https:\/\/eara.farm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">European Alliance for Regenerative Agriculture (EARA)<\/a> hat ergeben, dass regenerative Anbausysteme, von denen viele vollst\u00e4ndig pflanzenbasiert sind, \u00e4hnliche oder sogar bessere Ertr\u00e4ge als die konventionelle Landwirtschaft erzielen k\u00f6nnen, w\u00e4hrend gleichzeitig der Einsatz von synthetischen D\u00fcngemitteln und Pestiziden drastisch reduziert wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Studie, die 78 landwirtschaftliche Betriebe in 14 L\u00e4ndern und \u00fcber 7.000 Hektar umfasst, gilt als die bislang weltweit gr\u00f6\u00dfte von Landwirten durchgef\u00fchrte Bewertung der regenerativen Landwirtschaft. Die von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eitfood.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EIT Food<\/a> finanzierte Studie f\u00fchrte einen neuen Index zur Messung der Ergebnisse anhand \u00f6kologischer, klimatischer und wirtschaftlicher Indikatoren ein: den Regenerating Full Productivity (RFP) Index.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Durchschnitt erzielten regenerative Betriebe nur 1 % geringere Kalorien- und Eiwei\u00dfertr\u00e4ge als konventionelle Betriebe, verbrauchten jedoch 62 % weniger synthetischen Stickstoffd\u00fcnger und 76 % weniger Pestizide pro Hektar.
