Wir haben so einen Betrieb besucht und uns Anbau-Tipps zeigen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine solidarische Landwirtschaft ist so eine Art Genossenschaft f\u00fcr alle, die Gem\u00fcse aus regionalem, nachhaltigem Anbau m\u00f6gen. Jeder zahlt im Monat einen gewissen Beitrag und bekommt daf\u00fcr eine bestimmte Menge Gem\u00fcse und Kr\u00e4uter. Das Risiko von Ernteausf\u00e4llen ist verteilt, der Betrieb muss weniger wegwerfen und kann schonend nach dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdr.de\/mdr-garten\/pflegen\/permakultur-gaertnern-kreislauf-prinzip-oekologisch-boden-schonen-100.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Permakultur-Prinzip<\/a> arbeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und wer pflanzt und s\u00e4t, d\u00fcngt und gr\u00e4bt, erntet und verteilt die M\u00f6hren, Radieschen und Gurken? Das sind nat\u00fcrlich die Betreiber und G\u00e4rtner der Solidarischen Landwirtschaft &#8211; kurz Solawi. Wir haben einen solchen Betrieb besucht und uns angeschaut, wie dort gearbeitet und geg\u00e4rtnert wird.
