Trotz Schwankungen im Ertrag sind die Ergebnisse vielversprechend. Die Untersuchung liefert konkrete Zahlen zu Arbeitsverdienst, Ertr\u00e4gen und Kosten und identifiziert Schl\u00fcsselstrategien f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Permakultur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hintergrund der Untersuchung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer Welt, die zunehmend von Ressourcenknappheit und Klimawandel gepr\u00e4gt ist, gewinnen nachhaltige landwirtschaftliche Modelle an Bedeutung. Permakultur, ein Konzept, das auf nat\u00fcrliche Kreisl\u00e4ufe setzt, verspricht sowohl \u00f6kologische als auch soziale Vorteile. Doch bleibt die Frage: Kann sie auch wirtschaftlich mithalten?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ergebnisse der dreij\u00e4hrigen Studie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Fallstudie aus der Schweiz, durchgef\u00fchrt auf einer 1160 Quadratmeter gro\u00dfen Fl\u00e4che in L\u00fcsslingen-Nennigkofen SO, ging dieser Frage nach und untersuchte die Wirtschaftlichkeit eines Permakultur-Systems \u00fcber drei Jahre. Im Zentrum der Studie stand die Frage, ob Permakultur ein Einkommen generieren kann, das mit anderen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben vergleichbar ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Arbeitsverdienst pro Stunde &#8211; nach Abzug aller entstandenen Kosten &#8211; lag im ersten Jahr der Untersuchung bei 28 Franken pro Stunde und damit leicht \u00fcber dem Durchschnitt Schweizer Talbetriebe. Im zweiten Jahr fiel der Wert auf 24 Franken pro Stunde, was knapp unter den Vergleichswerten lag.
