Reise zu den Biopionieren \u00d6sterreichs 9. \u2013 13. Juni 2025<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mauracher HOF (Sarleinsbach Ober\u00f6sterreich) <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bei uns am Mauracherhof, s\u00e4en, pflegen, ernten und vermarkten wir unser Getreide ohne Industrialisierung. Die biologische Landwirtschaft verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ca. 70 Hektar Acker- und Wiesenfl\u00e4che sowie 28 Hektar Wald. Mit etwa 70 K\u00fchen wird Milch produziert. 1996 als Zusammenschluss von 5 Bio-Bauern gegr\u00fcndet, stellt die Getreideaufbereitung heute mit ihren rund 100 Stammlieferanten die Basis f\u00fcr die Bio-Hofb\u00e4ckerei dar. Das frische Mahlen des ganzen Korns direkt in die Teigsch\u00fcssel erfolgt schlie\u00dflich \u00fcber unsere eigenen Getreidem\u00fchlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ReinSaat <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seit 1998 setzt sich ReinSaat mit gro\u00dfem Engagement f\u00fcr ein breites Sortiment an samenfestem bio-logischen Gem\u00fcse-, Kr\u00e4uter- und Blumensaatgut Sorten ein, die sowohl den Bed\u00fcrfnissen des Erwerbsgartenbaus als auch der Hausg\u00e4rten gerecht werden. Dabei legen wir besonderen Wert darauf, Qualit\u00e4t in Erscheinung, Geschmack und Aroma mit verl\u00e4sslicher Ertragssicherheit zu vereinen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Krameterhof \u2013 Josef Holzer (Salzburg)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schon seit den 70er Jahren ist der Krameterhof Freiluftlabor f\u00fcr Permakultur und alternative Landbewirtschaftung. Vater Sepp Holzer schlug unkonventionelle Wege ein und bekam den Ruf des Agrarrebellen. Er ver\u00f6ffentlichte diverse B\u00fccher und wurde zu einer bekannten Pers\u00f6nlichkeit in der Permakultur-Szene. 2009 \u00fcbernahm sein Sohn Josef Holzer den Hof und f\u00fchrt diesen mit viel Leidenschaft und Verantwortung. Josef erz\u00e4hlt uns \u00fcber die Geschichte des Hofes, gibt uns einen Einblick und erkl\u00e4rt seine Ansichten \u00fcber Permakultur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eIch bin ein Suchender\u201c, gesteht der findige Landwirt, \u201eschon vor drei\u00dfig Jahren hatte ich die Vision vom energieautarken Bauernhof, der ausschlie\u00dflich erneuerbare Quellen nutzt.\u201c Heute werden W\u00e4rme, Strom und Kraftstoff selbst produziert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grandfarm & Vermigrand \u2013 Alfred Grand Nieder\u00f6sterreich <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alfred Grand ist Bio-Ackerbauer, G\u00e4rtner und Unternehmer aus \u00d6sterreich. Alfred Grand ist Mitautor des Buches «Biod\u00fcnger selber machen». Im Jahr 2019 wurde er als Mitglied des Missionsausschusses f\u00fcr Bodengesundheit und Ern\u00e4hrung f\u00fcr die Entwicklung einer Mission f\u00fcr Horizon Europe ausgew\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GRAND FARM ist ein 90 Hektar gro\u00dfer Forschungs- und Demonstrationsbetrieb mit den Schwerpunkten Bodengesundheit, Agroforstwirtschaft und Gem\u00fcsebau. Im Jahr 2019 gr\u00fcndete Alfred den GRAND GARTEN, in dem ein Team junger Hochschulabsolventen das ganze Jahr \u00fcber Bio-Gem\u00fcse f\u00fcr den regionalen Markt anbaut und Forschungs- und Demonstrationsaktivit\u00e4ten durchf\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die VERMIGRAND Naturprodukte GmbH stellt mit Hilfe von Regenw\u00fcrmern Kompost, organischen D\u00fcnger, Bodenverbesserungsmittel und torffreie Bodensubstrate her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
