Pour combler le manque de donn\u00e9es sur leur viabilit\u00e9, Proconseil et AGRIDEA \u00e9laborent en ce moment, \u00e0 travers le projet ApeRsu, une typologie de ces exploitations, un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel technico-\u00e9conomique et un outil budg\u00e9taire adapt\u00e9. Bas\u00e9 sur l&#8217;expertise et des donn\u00e9es terrain, ce projet identifie les facteurs critiques de succ\u00e8s pour soutenir les agriculteur-trice-s et instances de conseil souhaitant d\u00e9velopper ou renforcer ce mod\u00e8le agricole.
