Die Tiny Farms Academy \u00f6ffnet die Tore f\u00fcr ihre erste Ausbildungsrunde in der Schweiz: Das Bildungsprogramm verbindet Gem\u00fcsebautechniken und praxisnahes Lernen mit pers\u00f6nlicher Weiterentwicklung. Ab sofort k\u00f6nnen sich Interessierte f\u00fcr das Programm 2025 anmelden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tiny Farms sind landwirtschaftliche Betriebe, die auf kleiner Fl\u00e4che produzieren. M\u00f6glich macht das zum Beispiel das sogenannte \u00abMarket Gardening\u00bb. Es steht ebenso wie der \u00abbiointensive Gem\u00fcsebau\u00bb f\u00fcr den ressourcenschonenden und vielseitigen Gem\u00fcseanbau auf kleiner Fl\u00e4che.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Standort in Freienstein-Teufen (ZH) ist zum ersten Mal bei dem Bildungsprogramm mit dabei. \u00dcber die Grenzen hinaus findet das Bildungsprogramm auch in Hamburg und Berlin statt sowie in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnerh\u00f6fen in Deutschland und \u00d6sterreich.
Theorie, Praxis und pers\u00f6nliche Entwicklung<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Tiny Farms Academy kombiniert Online-Seminare, digitale Lerninhalte und praxisorientierte Wochenenden in der G\u00e4rtnerei. Das neunmonatige Programm bietet einen umfassenden Einstieg in das Market Gardening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im \u00abField Work-Modul\u00bb lernen die Teilnehmenden alle wesentlichen Techniken des biointensiven Gem\u00fcsebaus: nachhaltige Bodenbearbeitung, Pflanzenpflege und effektive Anbaumethoden. W\u00e4hrend der Wochenenden vor Ort f\u00fchren erfahrene G\u00e4rtner*innen durch die \u00dcbungen und vermitteln praxisnahes Wissen f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Tiny Farm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im \u00abInner Work-Modul\u00bb widmen sich die Teilnehmenden beruflichen und pers\u00f6nlichen Fragestellungen. Unter Anleitung von Expert*innen aus den Bereichen \u00abNew Work\u00bb (neues Verst\u00e4ndnis von Arbeitsorganisation) und Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsentwicklung reflektieren die Teilnehmenden ihre individuellen Ziele und erarbeiten Strategien, wie sie Tiny Farming als Lebensmodell integrieren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
