Erh\u00f6hte Biodiversit\u00e4t, zus\u00e4tzlichen Kohlenstoff im Boden speichern&#8230; Vitiforstprojekte sind noch immer Pionierprojekte und doch versprechen sie bereits heute eine notwendige Anpassung an den Klimawandel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir sind unterwegs auf 3 Pionierbetrieben im Z\u00fcrcher Weinland und angrenzende Orte um zu sehen, wie die Umsetzung stattfindet und wie sie f\u00fcr ein frisch terassiertes Projekt konkret umgesetzt werden k\u00f6nnte.
