Depuis cette ann\u00e9e, des formations sont aussi propos\u00e9es pour prendre soin du sol et du vivant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rares sont les domaines o\u00f9 on vous accueille en tailleur et tablier de cuisine. \u00c0 Bavois (VD), la Ferme de Lilan n\u2019est pas une exploitation comme les autres. Elle a vu le jour il y a quatre ans sur un ancien terrain agricole, rachet\u00e9 \u00e0 un propri\u00e9taire de chevaux par une personne souhaitant rester anonyme. Le but: faire \u00e9merger une agriculture respectueuse du sol et du vivant, guid\u00e9e par les principes de la permaculture, l\u2019agro\u00e9cologie et la biodynamie. Pour ce faire, une large \u00e9quipe a \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9e, avec \u00e0 sa t\u00eate Claire Asfeld, agro\u00e9conomiste et collaboratrice scientifique chez Agridea. \u00abCe fonctionnement peut para\u00eetre surprenant, car peu de nouvelles entreprises se cr\u00e9ent dans ce secteur traditionnel et souvent familial.
