Nun wird er f\u00fcr seinen Einsatz ausgezeichnet \u2013 von der Luzerner Albert Koechlin Stiftung erh\u00e4lt er den mit 40&#8217;000 Franken dotierten Umweltpreis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Permakultur \u2013 was ist das eigentlich? Die Antwort darauf wird schnell klar bei einem Besuch von Beat R\u00f6llis Hof in der N\u00e4he vom Luzernischen Malters. R\u00f6lli f\u00fchrt einen zu einem Apfelbaum, der in einem k\u00fcnstlich angelegten \u00abWaldboden\u00bb aus \u00c4sten und Holzschnitzeln steht.
