Diesen Fragen hat sich der Agronom Dario Principi in seiner Masterarbeit an der BFH-HAFL gewidmet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf der einen Seite braucht es weltweit immer mehr Nahrungsmittel, auf der anderen Seite sollten Ressourcen und Umwelt geschont werden. Wie geht das zusammen? Das landwirtschaftliche Konzept der Permakultur m\u00f6chte dieses Dilemma l\u00f6sen. Das Ziel: Ein sich selbst regulierendes System zu schaffen, das minimaler Eingriffe bedarf, um dauerhaft in einem dynamischen Gleichgewicht zu bleiben. Auf diese Weise k\u00f6nnen mit tiefem Ressourcenverbrauch hohe Ertr\u00e4ge erreicht werden.
