Er will zeigen, dass diese Art der Bewirtschaftung die L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die Krise der Landwirtschaft sein kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Herr Gampe, was ist der Unterschied zwischen konventioneller Landwirtschaft und Permakultur?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jonas Gampe: In der Permakultur orientieren wir uns so weit wie m\u00f6glich an der Natur: Wir setzen Feldhecken, Baumreihen und Streuobst zwischen die Anbaufl\u00e4chen und versuchen, alles so zu kombinieren, dass unsere Felder zugleich Ertrag und die Leistungen eines funktionierenden \u00d6kosystems erbringen: Wind bremsen, Klima m\u00e4\u00dfigen, Wasser speichern, reinigen und versickern lassen, Kohlenstoff binden, Humus aufbauen, Biodiversit\u00e4t f\u00f6rdern. Also ganz anders als die gro\u00dffl\u00e4chigen Monokulturen in der konventionellen Landwirtschaft, aber auch in vielen Biobetrieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das klingt, als w\u00fcrde Fl\u00e4che verloren gehen &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Gegenteil. Mit Hecken und B\u00e4umen, die &#171;essbar&#187; oder f\u00fcr die Holz- und Energiegewinnung nutzbar sind, gehen wir auch in die H\u00f6he und nutzen den Raum sogar besser aus. Und so sind das Getreide oder Gem\u00fcse besser gegen Hitze, Trockenheit, St\u00fcrme, Hagelsch\u00e4den oder N\u00e4hrstoffmangel gesch\u00fctzt. Beides sind gro\u00dfenteils einj\u00e4hrige, anspruchsvolle Pflanzengruppen, die viele N\u00e4hrstoffe brauchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Vorteile der Permakultur sind \u2026?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Permakultur ist ein essbares \u00d6kosystem, das sich selbst regeneriert. Sie ist langfristig stabil und erbringt h\u00f6heren Ertrag und mehr Einnahmen, bei durchschnittlich geringerem Aufwand.
