Die Biodiversit\u00e4t geht jedoch weltweit schneller zur\u00fcck als jemals zuvor. Auch in der Schweiz nimmt die Biodiversit\u00e4t seit Jahrzehnten kontinuierlich ab, wobei die Intensivierung der Landwirtschaft ein Treiber dieser Entwicklung ist. Dabei reicht es nicht aus, die landwirtschaftliche Produktion isoliert zu betrachten, denn diese ist auf die Sektoren angewiesen, die ihr vor- und nachgelagert sind. Auch die Ern\u00e4hrungsmuster der Bev\u00f6lkerung, welche ihrerseits durch die Nahrungsmittelindustrie, den Detailhandel und die Gastronomie beeinflusst sind, haben einen wesentlichen Einfluss auf die Landnutzung und somit auf die biologische Vielfalt. Um den Biodiversit\u00e4tsverlust anzugehen, braucht es entsprechend eine Transformation des ganzen Ern\u00e4hrungssystems hin zu mehr Nachhaltigkeit. Unsere Ern\u00e4hrungssysteme sind nicht nur Hauptursache f\u00fcr den R\u00fcckgang der Biodiversit\u00e4t, sondern selbst auch massgeblich von dieser Vielfalt abh\u00e4ngig. Eine nachhaltige Nutzung der nat\u00fcrlichen Ressourcen, insbesondere in der produzierenden Landwirtschaft, kann jedoch Biodiversit\u00e4t schaffen. Mit vielf\u00e4ltigen, resilienten und naturvertr\u00e4glichen Ern\u00e4hrungssystemen k\u00f6nnen wir die miteinander verkn\u00fcpften Herausforderungen des Verlusts der biologischen Vielfalt, des Klimawandels und der Ern\u00e4hrungssicherheit wesentlich besser bew\u00e4ltigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie k\u00f6nnen wir das Spannungsfeld zwischen Artenvielfalt und Lebensmittelproduktion, -konsum und -vermarktung konstruktiv \u00fcberwinden und sektoren\u00fcbergreifende Gespr\u00e4che f\u00fchren? Wie gelingt uns der Wandel hin zu biodiversit\u00e4tsschonenden und -f\u00f6rdernden Ern\u00e4hrungssystemen im Zusammenspiel mit allen Beteiligten?
