Diese Anbaumethode soll den Humusgehalt in den B\u00f6den erh\u00f6hen und so zur Speicherung von CO2 beitragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pflanzen sind robuster und ges\u00fcnder<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Einer der Betriebe, die eine solche Pr\u00e4mie von Bio-Familia erhalten haben, ist der Birkenhof in Urswil bei Hochdorf. Der Landwirtschaftsbetrieb mit Weidemast und Ackerbau wird von Urs Gr\u00fcter und seiner Familie gef\u00fchrt. Er hat gute Erfahrungen gemacht mit der reduzierten Bodenbearbeitung. Vor drei Jahren hat Gr\u00fcter den ganzen Betrieb auf regenerative Landwirtschaft umgestellt \u2013 er ist aber auch Bio- und Demeter-zertifiziert und vermarktet seine Produkte auch direkt. \u00abDie verschiedenen Anbaumethoden konkurrenzieren sich nicht, sie erg\u00e4nzen sich\u00bb, sagt Gr\u00fcter. \u00abDank der regenerativen Landwirtschaft ist unser Boden widerstandsf\u00e4higer gegen Einfl\u00fcsse von aussen, die Pflanzen sind robuster und ges\u00fcnder.
