In der Permakultur bilden ethische Grunds\u00e4tze die Basis. Es werden Prinzipien angewandt, um naturnahe Kreislaufsysteme zu gestalten. Als Ziel wird ein landwirtschaftlich produktives \u00d6kosystem genannt.
Das ist anspruchsvoll und sehr abstrakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir besuchen zwei Betriebe mit unterschiedlichen Ans\u00e4tzen, aber denselben Zielen: eine situationsgerechte Produktion von Lebensmitteln. Die Betriebs(zweig)leitenden zeigen uns ihr Reich, und wir d\u00fcrfen uns f\u00fcr Weiterentwicklungen des eigenen Betriebs inspirieren lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Fokus liegt an diesem Tag auf der landwirtschaftlichen Gem\u00fcseproduktion (Market Garden). Wir schauen uns auch noch einen kleinen Agroforst, Waldgarten und eine Benjes Hecke an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
