Depuis 2016, son \u00e9quipe et lui ont mis en place une for\u00eat-jardin afin de diversifier les productions, augmenter la r\u00e9silience climatique de la parcelle et promouvoir la biodiversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019entreprise a aussi fait \u00e9voluer son mod\u00e8le de gestion vers une organisation plus horizontale et d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e.
