Sein Ziel ist eine 100-prozentig nachhaltige, vegetarische und regenerative Landwirtschaft, die beste Produkte hervorbringt und wirtschaftlich erfolgreich ist. An diesem Ziel ist er sehr nahe dran.\u201c, begr\u00fcnden die Juroren ihre Entscheidung.<\/p>\n<p>Landwirt Bernhard H\u00e4nni aus der Schweiz m\u00f6chte gl\u00fcckliche Kunden und ist Ackerbauer durch und durch. Auf 7,5 ha baut der Betrieb Chr\u00f6mli \u00fcber 140 Gem\u00fcsesorten an. \u00dcber Jahre hat der \u00fcberzeugte Biobauer ein eigenes System entwickelt, um seine Tomaten, Salate, Paprika und mehr bestens zu pflegen. \u201eDu hast viele kleine Puzzleteile, die erst nicht zusammenpassen, dann machst du dich dran und auf einmal hast du ein funktionierendes System mit 140 Gem\u00fcsesorten ohne Pflanzenschutz oder externen D\u00fcnger und mit einem gesunden Boden\u201c, beschreibt der Landwirt. Im Mittelpunkt steht bei ihm seine wichtigste Ressource: der Boden. Keine D\u00fcngung, sondern Anbau von Pflanzen, die dem Boden guttun. Kein Pflug, sondern schonende Bodenbearbeitung mit dem Geohobel. Keine Kompromisse, sondern 100 Prozent bio.
