Dadurch steigen die Ertr\u00e4ge, der Boden wird geschont und au\u00dferdem sch\u00fctzt es die Artenvielfalt. Das Konzept k\u00f6nnte auch in gro\u00dfen Landwirtschaftsbetrieben aufgehen.<\/p>\n<p>Unsere Landwirtschaft ist gepr\u00e4gt von Monokultur. \u00dcber Jahre und Jahrzehnte wird auf den Feldern immer wieder das Gleiche angebaut. Das f\u00fchrt dazu, dass die B\u00f6den ausgelaugt werden und viel D\u00fcnger und Pflanzenschutzmittel eingesetzt werden m\u00fcssen. Darunter leidet die Artenvielfalt und Pestizide und D\u00fcngemittel schaden dem Grundwasser. Viel nachhaltiger als Monokultur ist die Permakultur.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#171;Permakultur richtig gemacht, ist preiswert, nachhaltig und nicht kompliziert.
