\nF\u00fcr die einen ist Regenerative Landwirtschaft ein Spleen oder gar eine Religion. F\u00fcr andere ist sie ein Aufbruch in ein neues System, das in den vergangenen Jahren auch in Europa Fuss fasste.<\/p>\n

Die Regenerative Landwirtschaft will die biologische Vielfalt erh\u00f6hen, die B\u00f6den bereichern, Wassereinzugsgebiete sch\u00fctzen und damit \u00d6kosystemleistungen verbessern. Wer auf das neue System setzt, darf nicht sofort auf einen Mehrwert hoffen. Nebst dem Beobachten und Experimentieren muss die Bereitschaft da sein, sich dem voranschreitenden Klimawandel zu stellen und neue Wege zu gehen.<\/p>\n
