La Permaculture est bien plus large que la d\u00e9finition du code de surface 725. Les produits issus de \u00ab surfaces 725 \u00bb ne sont donc pas automatiquement des produits de Permaculture.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-51129ff elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"51129ff\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00c9tats des lieux des surfaces permacoles cultiv\u00e9es (recens\u00e9es en code 725)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cdc7729 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cdc7729\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li><strong>Consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme \u00ab culture sp\u00e9ciale \u00bb<\/strong><br \/>Une surface d\u00e9finie avec le code 725 est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une culture sp\u00e9ciale. La surface permacole cultiv\u00e9e doit contenir plus de 50 % de cultures sp\u00e9ciales (voir au chapitre \u00c9valuation des parcelles). Les cultures sp\u00e9ciales selon le catalogue des surfaces sont \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9es dans l\u2019Aide \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution feuille d\u2019information n\u00b06.2.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unit\u00e9 de Main d\u2019Oeuvre Standard (UMOS)<\/strong><br \/>En coh\u00e9rence avec les autres productions en \u00ab culture sp\u00e9ciales \u00bb, les surfaces permacoles atteignent 0,323 UMOS par hectare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Diff\u00e8rent des \u00ab Surfaces de Promotion de la Biodiversit\u00e9 \u00bb (SPB)<\/strong><br \/>Les surfaces permacoles ne sont pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme SPB.\n<ul>\n<li>Si une haie fait partie int\u00e9grante de la surface annonc\u00e9e sous le code 725, aucune annonce compl\u00e9mentaire pour celle-ci est possible.<\/li>\n<li>Les surfaces cultiv\u00e9es en Permaculture ne sont pas \u00e9ligibles aux contributions pour la connectivit\u00e9 biologique (mise en r\u00e9seau).<\/li>\n<li>Les arbres \u00e0 haute tige situ\u00e9s dans la surface annonc\u00e9e sous le code 725 peuvent recevoir des contributions \u00e0 la biodiversit\u00e9 (voir dans la section \u00ab arbres \u00bb ci-dessous).<\/li>\n<li>Pour les bandes sem\u00e9es en faveur des organismes utiles (avec les m\u00e9langes de semences approuv\u00e9s par l\u2019OFAG) mises en place sur les surfaces permacoles cultiv\u00e9es, les contributions au syst\u00e8me de production seront vers\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de 2023 (pour 5 % de la surface permacole cultiv\u00e9e). Cette zone de bandes sem\u00e9es pour organismes utiles est admise comme SPB pour les Prestations \u00c9cologiques Requises (PER) \u00e0 raison de 5 % (maximum) \u00e9galement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subventions pour les arbres<\/strong><br \/>Sur les surfaces permacoles cultiv\u00e9es les arbres haute-tige sont \u00e9ligibles aux subventions, en \u00e9tant enregistr\u00e9s dans les contributions \u00e0 la biodiversit\u00e9. Les arbres \u00e0 feuilles caduques indig\u00e8nes tels que les ch\u00eanes, les tilleuls, les \u00e9rables, etc., qui conviennent \u00e0 l\u2019emplacement, ne peuvent \u00eatre annonc\u00e9s que pour des contributions de mise en r\u00e9seau.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blw.admin.ch\/fr\/contributions-qualite-paysage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Contributions \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du paysage<\/strong><\/a><br \/>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les surfaces permacoles cultiv\u00e9es ont une tr\u00e8s haute qualit\u00e9 paysag\u00e8re. Ainsi, elles donnent en principe droit aux contributions pour la qualit\u00e9 du paysage. Le versement des contributions \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du paysage est r\u00e9gi par les cantons. De nouvelles applications pour les contributions \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du paysage ne sont actuellement plus possibles dans la plupart des cantons (les mesures successives aux contributions \u00e0 la
