Seit nun 15 Jahren leben und arbeiten Jann und Nadia und weitere, wechselnde Mitarbeiter:innen hier. Idyllisch liegen Gem\u00fcse- und Kr\u00e4uterfl\u00e4chen umrundet von Beeren, Wildobst- und Weidenhecken und bilden so eine bunte, \u00e4sthetische Mischung. Auch einen Waldgarten mit verschiedensten Obstb\u00e4umen gibt es zu entdecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die umliegende extensiv Wiese dient als wichtigster N\u00e4hrstofflieferant, auf dem vegan bewirtschafteten Hof. Die Wiese wird gestaffelt gem\u00e4ht und wird dann den Winter \u00fcber gelagert. Im Fr\u00fchjahr wird der Schnitt in den Beeten eingearbeitet und punktuell als Mulch genutzt. Eine D\u00fcngestrategie die sich bew\u00e4hrt hat: mittlerweile kann beobachtet werden, dass die Pflanzen sehr gesund sind und das Gem\u00fcse f\u00fcr Schnecken nicht mehr gross interessant ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vertrieben wir die Ernte lokal auf dem Markt in Fribourg. Beim Gem\u00fcse wird haupts\u00e4chlich auf Frischgem\u00fcse gesetzt. Ausserdem sind auch viele tolle Produkte wie Konfit\u00fcren, Sirup, Sauerkraut oder Trockenprodukte aus der eigenen Verarbeitungsk\u00fcche am Stand zu finden. Im Mittelpunkt des Hofs stehen neben Kulturpflanzen auch Wildpflanzen. Die vielf\u00e4ltigen Hecken werden zum Beispiel auch beerntet.
