Die Stiftung Rotenbirben hat das Ziel, die Fl\u00e4che am Rande von Bonstetten mit den \u00fcber 100 Obstb\u00e4ume und den damit entstehenden Lebensr\u00e4ume zu erhalten. Bewirtschaftet wird der Hof von einem Kollektiv. Es wirken, leben und arbeiten 5 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder auf dem lebendigen Hof. Naturnahe und von Hand werden Gem\u00fcse, Obst und Beeren, produziert. Diese werden in einem Laden im Dorf sowie \u00fcber Ernteanteile vermarktet . Durch verschiedenste\u00a0Bildungsangebote k\u00f6nnen Schulklassen und Gruppen den Hof erleben. Zur Kombination aus Stiftung und Kollektiv geh\u00f6rt auch ein Verein, welcher f\u00fcr noch mehr Leben auf dem Hof sorgt. So organisiert dieser kulturelle Anl\u00e4sse, wie zum Beispiel das j\u00e4hrlich Poetryslam Event \u00abSprachgem\u00fcse\u00bb oder auch Konzerte.
