Die steile, gegen S\u00fcden ausgerichtete Lage erm\u00f6glicht es den Rebst\u00f6cken bis auf 840 m. \u00fc. M. zu gedeihen. Durch die terrassierte Hanglage sind die Arbeiten nicht mechanisierbar, was viel Handarbeit erfordert. Wir bauen pilzwiderstandsf\u00e4hige Sorten an, und es werden seit 2019 keine Spritzmittel mehr gespritzt.
