Seit dem Jahr 2018 bewirtschaften wir den Hof nach den Richtlinien von Bio Suisse. Seit 2020 ist zudem die regenerative Bewirtschaftung von grosser Bedeutung und wird dementsprechend auf dem ganzen Betrieb umgesetzt. Aus \u00dcberzeugung haben wir auf Bio umgestellt, um gesunde Lebensmittel zu produzieren und das Oekosystem und die Biodiversit\u00e4t zu f\u00f6rdern. Unsere Tiere und unsere B\u00f6den sind unser gr\u00f6sstes Gut. Unsere \u00c4cker werde m\u00f6glichst vielf\u00e4ltig bepflanzt: Mischkulturen, Untersaaten und Zwischenfr\u00fcchte mit m\u00f6glichst vielen Arten f\u00f6rdern ein vielf\u00e4ltiges und stabiles Bodenleben.<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir, Thom und Salome, sind ein aufgestelltes, dynamisches Paar voller Ideen f\u00fcr unsere Mitmenschen. Wir d\u00fcrfen uns t\u00e4glich an unserer Tochter Lilou erfreuen. Es ist uns wichtig, dass wir ein offenes Haus haben und mit Menschen in Kontakt und ins Gespr\u00e4ch kommen.
