\u00dcber Farngut<\/strong>
Markus Bucher leitet das Farngut seit 1998. Seit 2003 bewirtschaftet er die Felder nach Richtlinien von Bio-Suisse.\u00a0In dieser Zeit hat er zahlreiche Ver\u00e4nderungen vorgenommen, um den Betrieb immer wieder nach seinem Gutd\u00fcnken auszurichten. 2019 begann er mit der Anlage einer Permakultur-Fl\u00e4che von 3 ha mit Teichen und Wildniszonen, seit 2024 sind es rund 6 ha. Seit Fr\u00fchling 2024 bietet der Hof in \u00abDAS Angebot\u00bb ein Gesamtsortiment an Bio-Lebensmitteln an, bei dem die Kunden einen pauschalen Jahrespreis bezahlen. Die folgenden\u00a0Betriebszweige\u00a0pr\u00e4gen das t\u00e4gliche Geschehen: Gem\u00fcseanbau, Ackerbau, Permakultur, Verarbeitung (u.a. Backstube), Events (F\u00fchrungen, Feste) und Innovation (Anbausystem, Forschung mit Feldversuchen mit Honesta-Verein und HAFL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unsere Vision<\/strong>
Die vier Grundwerte\u00a0\u00abgesunder Boden,\u00a0soziale Gesundheit,\u00a0\u00f6komische Gesundheit\u00a0und\u00a0\u00f6kologische Gesundheit\u00bb\u00a0vereinen uns als Team und bilden den Kompass f\u00fcr unser Wirken auf dem Betrieb. Unsere Vision ist es, eine nachhaltige Landwirtschaft zu betreiben, die lokal verankert und \u00fcberregional vernetzt ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
