Auf der 10 Hektar grossen Fl\u00e4che der Schweibenalp besteht ein vielschichtig verwobenes System aus Kr\u00e4uter-, Stauden-, Gem\u00fcse-, Saatgut- und Pilzg\u00e4rten und eine kleine Imkerei sowie Wasser- und Wildniszonen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Willkommen in unserem Permakultur-Paradies auf der Schweibenalp<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir, das Team der Alpinen Permakultur, pflegen und bewirtschaften als Teil des Zentrums der Einheit Schweibenalp oberhalb von Brienz BE auf \u00fcber 1090m H\u00f6henlage eine vielschichtig verwobene Permakultur-Landschaft mit vielerlei Ertr\u00e4gen, die zugleich als \u201eLehrwerkstatt\u201c f\u00fcr unser Permakultur-Bildungszentrum dient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vision und Motivation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir m\u00f6chten in Verbundenheit mit allen Wesen, die hier mit uns das Land bewohnen, eine Kultur, welche das Leben auf der Erde erh\u00e4lt und f\u00f6rdert, pflegen. Dazu geh\u00f6rt auch eine Lebenskultur, welche die Entfaltung jedes Einzelnen unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deshalb kultivieren wir hier auf der Schweibenalp eine produktive \u201eessbare Landschaft\u201c nach den Prinzipien der Permakultur. Ziel ist es, L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze f\u00fcr eine zukunftsf\u00e4hige, die Erde heilende und die Biodiversit\u00e4t f\u00f6rdernde Landnutzung im alpinen Raum zu entwickeln, so dass zuk\u00fcnftige Generationen auch in dieser H\u00f6henlage vom Land leben k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Produkte und Dienstleistungen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die mit Unterst\u00fctzung durch zahlreiche Volont\u00e4re seit 2011 bewirtschaftete und schrittweise entwickelte Permakulturlandschaft beherbergt neben ausgedehnten Wiesen, Hecken, Biotopen, Wildnisbereichen, Kraftpl\u00e4tzen und ehrw\u00fcrdigen Ahorn- und Lindenb\u00e4umen auch die Anbaufl\u00e4chen unserer vier Permakultur-G\u00e4rtnereien, in denen wir im Einklang mit der Natur in reiner Handarbeit Gem\u00fcse, Saatgut, Kr\u00e4uter und Stauden produzieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nebenbei unterst\u00fctzen Bienenv\u00f6lker die Hummeln und Wildbienen bei der Best\u00e4ubung unserer Kulturen \u2013 und sorgen f\u00fcr leckeren Bergbl\u00fctenhonig. In unserem Wildbienen-Lehrpfad lernst Du, wie Du mit einfachen Mitteln auch bei Dir Lebensraum f\u00fcr Wildbienen schaffen kannst. Auch Beerenstr\u00e4ucher, Obstb\u00e4ume und im Wald eingegrabene Pilzrugel erfreuen uns mit Ertr\u00e4gen aus unserer Landschaft. Ein Teil der Produkte dient der Selbstversorgung auf der Schweibenalp, vieles bieten wir auch zum Verkauf an.Du findest unsere Produkte vor Ort, im Online-Shop<\/a>, auf M\u00e4rkten<\/a> sowie bei Wiederverk\u00e4ufern<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im Permakultur-Bildungszentrum<\/a> kannst Du eine Vielzahl an Kursen besuchen. Die Themenauswahl ist breit. Von Permakultur Design Kursen zu Praktischem wie \u00abSensen und Dengeln\u00bb oder \u00abSpeisepilze z\u00fcchten\u00bb zur Verarbeitung von Heilpflanzen bis hin zu Natur-Retreats, um durch die Natur in Verbindung mit Dir selbst zu kommen, findest Du alles. Ebenso bieten wir F\u00fchrungen durch unsere Landschaft und zu Spezialthemen an.
